Pittsburgh, PA / June 28, 2022 – Echelon Risk + Cyber, a cybersecurity professional services firm, today announced the addition of Tom Garrubba as Director of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Professional Services. Tom is an internationally recognized subject matter expert, consultant, author, and lecturer on business, cyber and privacy risk. He will leverage more than 20 years of experience to continue the momentum and growth of Echelon’s TPRM services.

Tom is an instructor for the Shared Assessments Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) and Assessor (CTPRA) programs, and recently held positions as Vice President and CISO of Shared Assessments. He was also a Senior Privacy Manager at a Fortune 10 US-based Healthcare company where he implemented and managed a world-class third-party risk program.
