2026 Guide: Best CMMC 2.0 Providers in the U.S.
Why Almost Nobody Buys CrowdStrike Directly

CrowdStrike sells Falcon as a platform, not as a managed outcome. Licensing the software gets you the sensor, the console, and the modules you chose. It does not get you someone who tunes detections against your specific environment, someone who answers when an alert fires at three in the morning, or someone who knows which of the dozen Falcon modules you actually need turned on. That work is delivered through a partner in the overwhelming majority of real deployments.

The partner ecosystem around Falcon is large and structured in tiers that mean genuinely different things. A reseller who processes your license order and a firm running Falcon Complete style managed detection on your behalf are both called CrowdStrike partners, and the difference between them determines whether your investment in the platform actually reduces risk or just sits there generating alerts nobody reads.

What the numbers say about the platform and the ecosystem around it

6

consecutive years CrowdStrike has been named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Protection Platforms, according to CrowdStrike’s own reporting of the 2025 results, positioned furthest for completeness of vision and highest for ability to execute among evaluated vendors.

$1 billion

in cumulative sales CrowdStrike and GuidePoint Security announced together in June 2025, the first time an independent software vendor had crossed that figure through a single reseller partnership, driven substantially by Falcon Next Gen SIEM demand.

88%

of cybersecurity teams experienced at least one significant security consequence caused directly by a skills gap in 2025, with 69% reporting multiple incidents, which is the underlying reason most organizations deploy Falcon through a partner rather than operating it entirely in house.

Read together, those figures describe a platform that is winning on independent evaluation, an ecosystem doing meaningful volume around it, and a persistent skills shortage that makes buying through a capable partner the practical default rather than an afterthought.

This guide explains what the different tiers and categories of CrowdStrike partner actually mean, compares leading firms delivering Falcon in the U.S. market, and gives you the questions that separate a genuine managed relationship from a license reseller wearing a partner badge.

Understanding the CrowdStrike Partner Ecosystem

Reseller, Elite Partner, or Managed Services Provider?

CrowdStrike’s partner program uses tier names and category labels that are easy to see on a website badge and hard to translate into what a firm will actually do for you day to day.

Solution provider or reseller partners are authorized to sell CrowdStrike licenses and typically assist with initial deployment. This is the baseline relationship. It gets you the software and installation help. It does not necessarily get you ongoing tuning, monitoring, or response.

Elite or top tier partners have met CrowdStrike’s higher requirements around certified staff, sales volume, and demonstrated customer outcomes. The tier signals scale and program investment. It does not by itself tell you whether the firm’s specific service to you will be managed operations or a one time deployment project.

Managed detection and response, or MSSP, partners run Falcon on an ongoing basis as a service, monitoring alerts, tuning detections, and responding to incidents, either using their own operations center or building on CrowdStrike’s own Falcon Complete offering. This is the category that actually delivers continuous risk reduction rather than a one time technical setup.

Falcon Next Gen SIEM implementation partners specialize in migrating an organization’s logging and detection function onto CrowdStrike’s SIEM product, a larger and more consultative engagement than endpoint deployment alone.

Technology alliance partners are a different category entirely. These are other software vendors whose products integrate with Falcon, not firms that sell or operate Falcon on a customer’s behalf. If a firm’s CrowdStrike relationship is a technology alliance, it is not the same thing as being a services or reselling partner, and the two get conflated constantly in marketing language.

One question cuts through the tier badges quickly: after the license is deployed, whose job is it to watch it? If the honest answer is yours, you have bought a reseller relationship. If the honest answer is theirs, you have bought a managed one, and that is a fundamentally different purchase regardless of which tier badge sits on the proposal.

Four Partner Categories

CrowdStrike partners in the U.S. generally fall into one of four categories. Matching the category to what you actually need done matters more than comparing tier badges, since tier reflects scale and certification, not service model.

  • License reseller and deployment partner: Sells CrowdStrike licenses, often at a discount off list, and assists with initial technical deployment. Best suited to organizations with an internal security team fully capable of operating Falcon themselves once it is installed.
  • Systems integrator and consulting led implementation partner: Handles complex, large scale deployments, including SIEM migrations and consolidation of legacy tools onto the Falcon platform, typically as a project rather than an ongoing service. Best suited to large, complex environments undertaking a defined migration or consolidation initiative.
  • Managed detection and response or MSSP partner: Operates Falcon on an ongoing basis, monitoring, tuning, and responding to alerts as a continuous service. Best suited to organizations that want the platform actually watched around the clock rather than installed and left running.
  • Program led managed security partner: Combines managed Falcon operations with a broader security program, including governance, risk and compliance work, and offensive testing, so the platform becomes one part of an accountable program rather than a standalone tool. Best suited to organizations that want a single partner responsible for the outcome, not just the software.

How This Guide Was Built

Provider profiles below are drawn from publicly available partner program materials, CrowdStrike’s own press announcements, and each firm’s published service descriptions. They describe how each firm structures its CrowdStrike relationship and which category above it primarily occupies, not measured service quality or any specific client outcome.

This guide includes Echelon Risk + Cyber because it is independently and publicly documented as a named CrowdStrike partner, most recently as part of CrowdStrike’s September 2025 Project QuiltWorks partner cohort announcement alongside several of the firms compared below. That is a factual basis for inclusion, not a reason to inflate the comparison in Echelon’s favor, and the profile below states Echelon’s real limitations plainly.

Partner tier status, awards, and sales milestones referenced in this guide change frequently and are the kind of claim that ages quickly. Every specific claim below is sourced and dated where possible. Verify current tier status directly with each firm and with CrowdStrike before treating anything here as final.

Top CrowdStrike Partners:

  1. Echelon Risk + Cyber

Category: Program led managed CrowdStrike operations, delivered through CrowdStrike Platform Services as part of a broader security program.

Best for: Mid market and regulated organizations that want Falcon actually operated on their behalf, connected to a broader security program, rather than deployed once and left to an internal team with limited capacity.

Strengths: Named CrowdStrike services partner, most recently as part of CrowdStrike’s September 2026 Project QuiltWorks regional partner cohort alongside several firms in this comparison. Ongoing managed operation of the Falcon platform, including detection tuning and module enablement, rather than a one time deployment project. CrowdStrike work connected to defensive hardening, offensive security testing, and risk advisory and GRC, so Falcon becomes one part of an accountable program rather than a standalone license. Certified engineers who implement and tune the platform directly rather than only monitoring the alerts it produces. vCISO leadership available to own the roadmap the platform feeds into, useful for organizations without a dedicated security executive. Named client experience with CrowdStrike Falcon Next Gen SIEM implementation and migration, including improved detection visibility across the client environment.

Considerations: Smaller scale than the largest resellers and systems integrators in this comparison. Organizations needing multi thousand seat global deployment logistics may be better served by a larger firm. Delivery is U.S. centric. Organizations needing coverage across many international regions simultaneously should confirm fit early. Best suited to organizations wanting an ongoing operating relationship rather than a one time licensing transaction or discount focused reseller engagement.

  2. GuidePoint Security

Category: Elite CrowdStrike reseller and services provider with over a decade of partnership history and a seat on CrowdStrike’s Technical Partner Advisory Board.

Best for: Large and complex organizations, particularly those consolidating multiple legacy tools onto Falcon at scale.

Strengths: Named CrowdStrike’s 2025 Americas Falcon Flex Partner of the Year, and the first CrowdStrike reseller partnership to surpass one billion dollars in cumulative sales, announced June 2025. Deep, decade plus relationship with CrowdStrike, including a seat on CrowdStrike’s Technical Partner Advisory Board. Strong Falcon Next Gen SIEM implementation and consolidation practice, with substantial documented growth in that specific service line. Broad security consulting practice beyond CrowdStrike alone, useful for organizations wanting one firm across multiple vendor relationships.

Considerations: Scale and deal size are oriented toward larger enterprise engagements relative to a boutique mid market partner. Broad multi vendor portfolio means CrowdStrike specifically may not receive the same depth of dedicated program integration a CrowdStrike focused partner offers. Verify current pricing and minimum engagement size directly, since large reseller partners frequently structure minimums around enterprise deal sizes.

  3. Optiv

Category: Large scale security solutions integrator and CrowdStrike managed detection and response partner.

Best for: Large enterprises wanting CrowdStrike delivered alongside a much broader security integration and consulting practice.

Strengths: Long standing, large scale CrowdStrike partnership, previously recognized by CrowdStrike as Americas Partner of the Year. Substantial managed detection and response capacity built around the Falcon platform. Very broad security consulting and integration practice extending well beyond CrowdStrike, useful for organizations managing several vendor relationships under one firm. Established enterprise delivery infrastructure suited to complex, multi site organizations.

Considerations: Scale and positioning are oriented toward large enterprise engagements, which can mean less individualized attention for a smaller mid market buyer. Breadth across many vendors and practice areas means CrowdStrike specifically is one program among several rather than the exclusive focus. Confirm current partner tier and award status directly, since some public recognition on record predates the most recent partner program restructuring

  4. Presidio

Category: IT solutions provider and CrowdStrike reseller with a dedicated Falcon Next Gen SIEM implementation practice.

Best for: Organizations already working with Presidio on broader IT infrastructure that want CrowdStrike deployed by the same provider.

Strengths: Named, dedicated Falcon Next Gen SIEM implementation service, positioned specifically to make the SIEM product fully operational for customers. Broad IT infrastructure and cloud practice, useful for organizations wanting CrowdStrike deployment coordinated alongside other infrastructure work. Established national delivery footprint across the U.S. Structured onboarding programs, including hands on workshops for specific Falcon capabilities.

Considerations: Primary identity is a broad IT solutions provider rather than a security first firm, which can mean less specialized security program depth around the platform. Ongoing managed operation of Falcon is less central to the positioning than implementation and deployment services. Best suited to organizations whose relationship with Presidio already spans infrastructure beyond security specifically.

  5. eSentire

Category: Managed detection and response provider and CrowdStrike’s recognized Global MSSP Partner of the Year for three consecutive years through 2024.

Best for: Organizations wanting Falcon delivered as part of a dedicated, pure play managed detection and response service across North America.

Strengths: Named CrowdStrike’s Global MSSP Partner of the Year in 2022 and again in 2024, its third consecutive year holding the recognition. Elite CrowdStrike Powered Service Provider status, with managed detection and response for both endpoint and identity built on the Falcon platform. Pure play managed detection and response focus, with a specific reported mean time to contain metric the firm publishes for its own service. Flexible delivery model supporting organizations bringing their own CrowdStrike license or purchasing a fully managed solution through eSentire.

Considerations: Headquartered in Canada, with extensive U.S. and North American delivery and customer base rather than a U.S. headquarters. Confirm delivery location and support model fit your specific regulatory or data residency requirements if that matters to your organization. Primary focus is managed detection and response specifically, with less breadth in governance, risk and compliance consulting relative to a full program partner. Verify current award status and metrics directly, since managed service performance figures a firm publishes about itself should be confirmed rather than taken as independently audited.

  6. CDW

Category: Large scale technology reseller and CrowdStrike solution provider.

Best for: Organizations already purchasing broader IT hardware and software through CDW that want CrowdStrike licensing and deployment support from the same channel.

Strengths: Named among CrowdStrike’s leading partner cohort in the company’s September 2025 partner ecosystem announcements. Very large scale procurement and logistics capability, useful for organizations managing CrowdStrike licensing alongside a broad technology purchasing relationship. National footprint and established purchasing agreements many organizations, particularly public sector and education, already hold. Broad technology portfolio beyond security, simplifying vendor consolidation for IT heavy buyers.

Considerations: Primary identity is a large scale technology reseller rather than a security first services firm, and ongoing managed security operations are not the core of the relationship. Individualized program integration and boutique attention are generally not the strength of a firm operating at this scale. Best suited to organizations whose primary need is licensing and procurement efficiency rather than an operating security partnership.

How to Evaluate a CrowdStrike Partner

These seven questions separate a genuine operating relationship from a license transaction, faster than any tier badge on a proposal.

  1. After deployment, whose job is it to watch it?
This is the single most important question in the category. Ask explicitly whether the firm monitors and tunes Falcon on an ongoing basis, or whether their engagement ends once the platform is installed and licensed. A reseller relationship and a managed relationship are fundamentally different purchases regardless of what the proposal calls itself.

  2. What is the current partner tier, and can it be verified?
Partner tiers and awards change, and a firm’s marketing page may reflect a status from a prior year. Ask for current tier confirmation and, where possible, verify directly with CrowdStrike rather than relying solely on the partner’s own website.

  3. Which Falcon modules are actually recommended, and why?
Falcon is modular, and it is common for organizations to license far more of the platform than they ever configure or use. A firm that recommends modules specific to your environment and risk profile, rather than the full bundle by default, is a stronger signal than one that is not.

  4. How does this connect to the rest of our security program?
Falcon deployment and operation is one part of a security program, not the whole of it. Ask how findings from the platform connect to remediation, compliance evidence, and broader risk management, and whether that connection is included or a separate engagement entirely.

  5. What happens to our data and configuration if we switch partners?
Ask specifically what detection tuning, documentation, and configuration knowledge stays with your organization versus what is proprietary to the partner’s own delivery process. Portability matters more than it seems to at the start of a relationship.

  6. Who specifically will be assigned to our account?
Service quality in this category depends heavily on the individual engineers assigned, more so than the firm’s overall size or award history. Ask who will actually work on your environment and what their specific CrowdStrike certifications and experience are.

  7. How is it priced, and what changes the number?
Reseller pricing is typically a discount off CrowdStrike list pricing plus a deployment fee. Managed service pricing is typically a per endpoint or per module fee layered on top of the license. Establish which model you are being quoted, what triggers a price change as your environment grows, and whether managed monitoring is included or billed as a separate ongoing service.

Final Perspective for Security Leaders

The partner you choose determines whether your CrowdStrike investment becomes a program or a license fee. Falcon is a genuinely strong platform, independently recognized as a Leader in its category for years running, and that strength is wasted on an environment where nobody is watching what it finds.

The firms in this guide are all legitimate, verifiable CrowdStrike partners, and several will be a better fit than us for a specific need. A firm with enterprise scale procurement infrastructure will serve a multi thousand seat global deployment better than a boutique partner can. A pure play managed detection and response firm may deliver deeper operational depth on endpoint alone than a firm balancing a broader program. Those are genuine strengths and we have marked them where they apply.

What we see go wrong most often is not a bad Falcon deployment. It is a well deployed platform that nobody is operating, licensed at a tier the organization never configured, generating alerts a reseller relationship was never structured to review. The platform did its job. Nobody was assigned to receive the answer.

Whichever partner you choose, resolve who is actually responsible for watching the platform before you sign, not after the first incident makes the gap obvious. That is what make Echelon Risk + Cyber different to the rest, becoming a true partner for long-term success. Get in touch to learn more about our unique approach.
