Echelon is proud to announce Josh Fleming as our new Senior Manager for Risk Advisory and GRC services. Josh brings a wealth of experience and passion for cybersecurity and risk management. His impressive journey began at St. Ambrose University, where he majored in cybersecurity. His academic pursuits were complemented by two summer internships with RSM, where he honed his skills and developed a fervent interest in security, privacy, and risk consulting, eventually leading to his first full-time role. 

Josh's career trajectory took a significant step forward when he became a Cybersecurity and Compliance Analyst at Iowa's largest municipal power, water, and telecommunications provider. In this role, he gained invaluable hands-on experience building robust cybersecurity frameworks and overseeing compliance efforts. His expertise deepened further at Aon (Stroz Friedberg), where he excelled in the incident response planning team, designing comprehensive tabletop exercises and crafting incident response plans. 

Now, as the leader of Echelon's Risk Advisory practice, Josh is responsible for managing and scaling the practice while developing strong client relationships and guiding a talented team. His vision for the role is to leverage his extensive experience to grow the Risk Advisory practice into a pivotal component of Echelon's service offerings, positioning the firm as a risk management and advisory services leader.
