Investing in Execution: Eric Bronack Joins Echelon as Partner and COO

Echelon Risk + Cyber is pleased to welcome Eric Bronack as Partner and COO, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to scale.

Eric is a seasoned, values-driven executive with deep experience building and operating high-performing professional services organizations. Most recently, he served as SVP, Chief Operating Officer, and President of JDP, where he helped lead the company through a period of significant growth,  expanding revenue over 300% during his tenure.

“Eric brings the kind of operational leadership and execution mindset that matters at this stage of our growth,” said Dan Desko, CEO of Echelon Risk + Cyber. “He shares our commitment to high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement, and I believe he will have a meaningful impact on both our culture and how we execute.”

Working across enterprise organizations and rapidly scaling tech-enabled services firms, Eric developed a leadership approach rooted in discipline, focus, and a commitment to exceptional client experience. Early roles in operations, finance, and sales shaped his ability to see organizations holistically and understand the full customer journey.

“The most consistent lesson in my career has been this: growth gets clearer when you listen to the client. They’ll surface the friction, the opportunity, and often the roadmap - when we're willing to hear it.”

As COO, Eric will partner closely with Echelon’s leadership team to drive focus, alignment, and execution across the firm. His approach emphasizes prioritization, clarity, and ensuring teams are focused on the initiatives that create the greatest impact.

“Organizations lose momentum when they attempt to chase too many priorities at the same time,” Eric said. “My role is to help the organization stay focused, remove barriers, and support leaders in executing against shared goals.”

Eric was drawn to Echelon by its growth trajectory, leadership team, and market presence.

“Echelon is building something special,” he said. “The brand is strong, the firm is visible in the market, and there is a clear opportunity to apply operational discipline in a way that accelerates growth without losing what makes the organization unique.”

For Dan, Eric’s addition reflects a thoughtful investment in the firm’s future.

“Eric joins us with a genuine desire to learn about the culture that drives Echelon, understand our people and our clients, and build strong relationships across the firm,” Dan said. “That mindset matters, and we are excited to have him partnering with us as we continue our journey.”
